Do I need to install or self-host anything?+
No. Searose is a hosted web app: sign up and start writing. There's nothing to install and no server to run. It works in any browser, and installs as an app on your phone if you want.
What does Searose actually do?+
Write one plain note (messy is fine) and Searose turns it into your tasks, habits, and finances automatically. One place instead of five apps.
Is it safe to write personal things and my finances here?+
Yes. Your notes are yours. Searose uses AI (Claude, by Anthropic) only to read your note and sort it. Your notes are never used to train AI models, and never sold or shared. Everything travels encrypted and stays in your private account.
What does the AI actually see?+
Only what you write or dictate. Extraction runs on your note; questions run on your own totals. Your journal is never used to train anything.
Where is my data stored?+
Securely in your private Searose account in the cloud, synced across your devices. You never manage files or a database yourself.
Does it work in Spanish?+
Sí. Write or dictate in English, Spanish, or both in the same sentence: "pagué 350 del súper, need to call mom" files just fine.
What happens if the AI files something wrong?+
Every extraction shows up as a chip you can edit or dismiss in one tap. Nothing is buried: what it filed is always visible next to what you wrote.
Does Searose keep my notes, or do they disappear each day?+
They're kept. Your daily note flows into your day, but Searose also has a permanent Notebook, a full note-taking space with rich-text notes, folders, tags, search and favorites. Every note stays: organized, dated, and full-text searchable. The daily flow and your long-term notebook live side by side.
Can I export or delete my data?+
Anytime. Download all your data from Settings whenever you like, and deleting your account permanently erases your notes, tasks, habits, and finances — no email to support, no waiting.
How much does it cost?+
Free while in beta, and the free plan stays generous at launch. After that, a simple monthly plan; instant answers from your data stay unlimited; only deep AI questions are metered.
