Searose is a hosted web app. You write one plain note about your day, and AI turns it into your tasks, habits and finances. These terms are the agreement between you and Searose for using it. We've written them in plain language on purpose — if something here isn't clear, email us and we'll explain it.
By creating an account or using Searose, you're agreeing to what's below.
You own everything you write in Searose. We don't claim any ownership of it, we don't sell it, and we don't share it.
You give us permission to do exactly one thing with it: run the service for you — store your notes, process them so they become tasks, habits and finances, and show them back to you across your devices. Nothing more.
You can download everything you've written at any time, and deleting your account permanently erases it. Both live in Settings.
To turn your note into structured tasks, habits and transactions, Searose sends it to Anthropic's Claude models. Your notes are not used to train AI models.
Be aware of the honest limits: the AI can make mistakes. It can misread an amount, miss a task, log something you only planned, or categorise a transaction wrongly. Searose is a tool to help you keep track of your own life — it is not an accountant, not a financial adviser, not a doctor, and not a lawyer.
Anything that matters — money, deadlines, health — is worth a look with your own eyes. Decisions you make based on what Searose shows you are yours.
Don't use Searose to do anything illegal, to store or send content you have no right to, to harass anyone, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Don't resell it or resell access to it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do these things.
Searose is young and still in beta. That means:
Searose is free while in beta. A paid Pro plan is coming; when it does, we'll tell you clearly what it costs and what it includes before you're ever charged. You'll always be able to cancel a paid plan yourself, and cancelling stops future charges — it doesn't refund the period you've already paid for.
The free plan is meant to stay genuinely useful, not a trap.
You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. It's permanent and immediate — your notes, tasks, habits and finances go with it.
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or these terms. If we ever have to shut Searose down, we'll give you notice and time to export your data.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Searose isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits, or decisions made based on what the app showed you. Searose is built and run by one person, in good faith, and priced accordingly — please hold it to a reasonable standard.
If we change something that materially affects you, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Searose after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, where Searose is built and operated.
